With the new digital technology and increased consumer buying power and sophistication, entertainment and media are evolving rapidly.  By the start of the next decade digital delivery will be prevalent, interactivity will be commonplace, regional content will dominate many territories, and wireless networking will link convergent networks and devices in the home.
The Business Model for the Entertainment Division of AMCS will be content plus technology, giving us the best of all worlds to succeed in a changing world while staying two steps ahead of the curve.  Accelerating deployment of new delivery technologies is one of the fundamental drivers shaping entertainment and media today, and it is the factor with the greatest degree of anticipated change over the next five years.
According to Price Waterhouse Coopers, a leader in worldwide management and accounting consultancy, states that by 2010 adoption of key delivery technologies, including Broadband, digital television, personal video recorders (PVR) and recordable and rewriteable compact disc will attain levels necessary to significantly alter existing business models.

Sports
The sports market consists of gate revenues for live sporting events; rights fees paid by broadcast and cable television networks and television stations to cover those events; merchandising, which includes the selling of products with team or player logos; sponsorships, which include naming rights and payments to have a product associated with a team or league; and Internet, mobile, and other rights packages to sports events. Concession revenues are not included.

We will engage the Chamber of Commerce in each locale to work with us in an effort to involve the entire community.
The keys to a successful event are to provide excellent talent with high-level entertainment value; targeted promotion and advertising campaign with local Television and Radio, and Regional Radio and Newspapers Advertising, include the grass roots of each community and in the process, Las Vegas Hollywood Productions will identify and donate a percentage of proceeds to charitable organizations in each target market.
Ticket sales will be affordable for community residents.  However, we will have VIP Tickets and pre concert events, so that those visiting from abroad will have the opportunity to see the beauty that each target market has to offer.
Ticket Sales will be sold through the normal ticket channels i.e. CompuTickets and various regional ticket outlets; however, we will allow the various chambers and community organizations to offer special tickets to their constituents.
Although we believe that the oldies but goodies groups will sell very well, we are poised to bring the talent of the 21st Century to the Global Community as well as Las Vegas Hollywood and Broadway Shows.
AMCS have an array of talent that will appeal to the mass audiences as well as and the boutique audience.
